1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or placing any wager on the f98 platform at f98.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with f98's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and f98 (the platform operator). They govern all aspects of your relationship with f98, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and any disputes that may arise.

f98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, f98 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use f98 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. f98 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally as an individual user.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of f98 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless prior written consent has been granted by f98 management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player through any active self-exclusion arrangement with f98.

f98 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and again at the point of first withdrawal. Documentary evidence of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with f98. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to keep this information up to date. f98 may request supporting documentation to verify any of the information you provide.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. f98 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings immediately after registration. f98 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify f98 support immediately via live chat. f98 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, f98 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawal requests or removing deposit limits. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC checks are typically completed within a few hours of document submission during business hours.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your f98 account. f98 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with prior notice to affected players where practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Average processing time under 30 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer: Typically 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh banking hours (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
• International card: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Processing times quoted are averages and may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional KYC verification is required. f98 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

Depositing funds through payment methods registered to a third party is strictly prohibited. All payment methods used on f98 must be registered in the same name as the f98 account holder. f98 may request evidence of ownership of any payment method used. Deposits that appear to originate from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Currency & Conversion

f98 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is required due to the nature of an international card transaction, the conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction. f98 does not charge additional currency conversion fees on its end, but your card issuer may apply their own charges — please check with your bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

f98 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by f98 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) is stated clearly on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not available for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f98 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, free spin award, or promotional benefit in cases where f98 reasonably suspects that the player is engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other players to take unfair advantage of a promotion.

5.4 Promotion Validity

All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. f98 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on f98 — whether a slot, live casino table, instant game, or sports betting market — is governed by the specific rules of that game as determined by the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Spribe, or Ezugi). f98 presents these rules within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

6.2 RNG Integrity

All random number generators (RNGs) used in f98's casino games are independently certified. f98 does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game providers and are not adjusted by f98.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

f98's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are updated in real time. f98 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with published settlement rules in the event of an abandoned match, a corrupted event, or a data feed error. In-play cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to the terms displayed at the time the cash-out option is exercised.

6.4 System Errors

In the event of a system error, network interruption, or software malfunction during a game round or sports betting transaction, f98 will investigate the affected event and resolve it in accordance with the game provider's technical guidelines and f98's own dispute resolution procedure. f98's decision in such cases is final, subject to the complaints procedure described in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f98 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account per individual player.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated from known bugs must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud or financial crime using the f98 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward f98 support staff or other platform users.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access controls or identity verification measures.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your f98 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Players who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns are encouraged to activate self-exclusion rather than simple account closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by f98

f98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Inactive account (no login for 12 consecutive months), subject to advance email notification.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. f98 will send an email notification to the registered address at least 30 days before applying any inactive account fee or initiating account closure proceedings. Players may reactivate their account at any time before closure by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the f98 service, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or email. f98 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by f98's support team, you may escalate your complaint to f98 management by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". f98 management will review escalated complaints and issue a final written response within 10 business days of receipt.
